‘The most important thing’ is being a good role model

Women’s magazines have been publishing more and more of the fashion world’s most controversial stories in recent years.

But it seems many of those stories aren’t about women at all, but rather men.

The Globe and Mail’s Emily McArthur explores the trends and the problems with the industry’s portrayal of women, which has a history of pushing controversial social issues.

The most influential story to come out of fashion in the past year has been the one that’s been making the rounds on social media: the sexual harassment allegations against Oscar de la Renta, the fashion mogul and founder of L’OrĂ©al, and the ensuing public outcry.

The stories and comments have become so toxic, in fact, that the company has issued an apology.

The story, which first broke in February, sparked outrage and was the most-shared article in fashion on social networking sites.

As McArthur reports, it’s been a difficult year for the fashion industry, particularly when it comes to sexual harassment.

When you think about how the fashion press has been writing about and covering this, there’s a lot of things that have happened.

There was a whole lot of pressure to not let it be known, to keep the news out of the media.

I mean, there are so many things that happened in the last year that you’re going to get angry about.

I think it’s really been a challenge.

But that’s the biggest thing, is not letting it be out in the public, and not letting people see what it’s about.

In the end, I think a lot has been made of that one story.

But in the end it was so incredibly shocking, because there was no doubt that it had been a story that was going to make a lot more headlines.

It was a story about a man who had an enormous amount of power, and a lot was made of the fact that he was a man and was in charge of women.

And he was the one who was making these comments about them.

And so, that story, it was very shocking, and it made the whole industry, the public in particular, very upset.

It made women’s magazines really upset.

The industry is in a really tricky spot.

We’ve got to stay on top of it.

We have to stay accountable.

We need to stay true to the values that we have.

We don’t want to allow the public to feel that we’re being out there with stories that are not true.

And that’s why the apology is so important, because we have to do that and be really honest about what we are.

What’s the issue with the fashion media covering sexual harassment?

One of the biggest problems for women’s fashion is that we can’t rely on the industry to be honest about this, and this is something that is often a real problem.

For example, I’ve been doing this job for about five years now, and I’ve never heard of any magazine saying anything like, “Oh, look, we have a story on a woman who was harassed and we’re going on the front page to tell it.”

That’s something that’s hard for us to do.

We get asked, “Where is this going?

We have a photo of her and we put the headline on the page.”

And then we have stories about other women that have also been harassed.

And it just makes it so hard.

But there’s something else that we also need to be true to.

We are women.

We’re not afraid to be different.

And we are going to be the most vocal when we say we want to be heard.

And you can’t make it about you, because that’s just not who we are, and that’s not what we stand for.

How have the fashion companies dealt with the backlash?

I’ve talked to a lot about this and I think they have.

It’s been very challenging, because it’s difficult to say, “Okay, well, I’m a part of the industry, so I’m going to deal with it, and they have to deal as well.”

I think that’s really important to do, because at the end of the day, we need to have that trust in the industry.

So, they’ve been very, very, incredibly honest about their issues.

They’ve done so many amazing things with women’s issues.

And they’ve done it all in a very professional way, so we need that trust to remain.

But I think one of the things that’s most disappointing about it, is the lack of understanding about it.

You have a lot that the media has said about the way in which the fashion business has handled this issue.

But for example, we’ve heard that a lot.

We saw the comments on the story.

And then I heard the comments from the women that had been speaking up.

And I had to watch the video. I thought,
